One of the reasons fall is my favorite season is because of bottling. I love to bottle all of our gardens produce. I think it is the feeling of accomplishment that I get. I don't know maybe it is the smell in the air. Maybe a little of both. So bring it on garden lets get to work.
2- 5 gallon buckets ended up in 20 quart jars. I love it.

Aw! I love looking at freshly bottled veggies! It's like having tangible proof of hours upon hours of work. Plus, they just look so darn pretty!
