Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers day to the most important men in my life.

Happy Fathers day to Eric. I couldn't ask for a better dad for my kids. You are such a good example to them and work so hard for them. I know that you are teaching them well and that each one of them love you very much. Thanks for being patient and kind. You are a good example to me too. I love you very much for it.

Happy Fathers Day to my dad. I am so grateful to him for all that he taught me. He truly was one of the smartest people I have ever met. He made me want to try hard. He taught me to work hard and to give service. He was always a good example of choosing the right.

Happy Fathers day John. I feel very blessed to be able to call you dad since I can't have my own you are a pretty good replacement. You are a great grandpa and my kids love you to pieces.

Happy Fathers Day! I love you all very much!!

Field Trip of the Week

For our field trip this week after the parade we headed up American Fork canyon. We took a picnic lunch and went up to the picnic areas just below Tibble Fork. After lunch and some relaxation we went to Tibble Fork and then not realizing the road we drove up to Silver Lake Flats. If you are or your kids are afraid of heights this is not the place for you. It is 1/2 a lane shy of a full road and it has big drop offs. By the time we made it to the lake the kids were asking to walk back down the 3 miles. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to pass anyone, but.... We were able to do a little hiking and rock collecting. It was fun but pretty scary.

Strawberry Days Parade

Sidney marched her first parade!! It was Strawberry Days. I am so excited for the next chapter of her life.

Field Trip Friday June 11

Both of the girls were at girls camp this week for our Friday field trip, so we decided to do something that was more for the boys, even with the rain. We were lucky enough to take grandma and grandpa with us too.

Off to Kennecott we went. It was a lot of fun and there is no better activity than watching big trucks for boys. Braydon was even able to use some of the things he learned to pass things off for Webelos.

Field Trip Friday (Saturday)

We had an awesome day on Saturday. We got up early and headed for Salt Lake, the Bee's had a baseball clinic for the kids at 10 that morning.

Braydon and Hunter had a blast being able to learn from the players. The boys favorite part was being able to go into the dug out and use the Bee's batting cages. Then go on a tour of the locker room and training room.

Then we went up to the University of Utah for a couple of hours, we found a great pizza place just off campus called "The Pie", yummy yummy.

That evening we went back down to the Bees/ Grizzlys game. It was a great game. We were freezing most of it but the game was great. The Bees won in the bottom of the 9th.

6 th Grade Graduation

Sometimes I can't believe how fast the time flies by. Alex graduated from the 6th grade today. She will be moving on to junior high that is the craziest thing to wrap my head around. She has grown up so much this year. I am so proud of how hard she has worked and what an amazing young women she has become.

This is watching her balloon with her dream in it floating away
